AN INVOLUNTARY COMMITMENT?

If you need to apply for an Involuntary Commitment, you will have to come in person to the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. An Involuntary Commitment requires that you must have first-hand knowledge of the endangering behaviors AND the behaviors must be recent, within the past week.
