Personal property assessments are executed by the Greene County Assessor’s Office. Assess over the phone by calling 870-239-6303, visit the Assessor’s office in the Greene County Courthouse during regular business hours, or online at www.countyservice.net, select “Greene”, assess online, and enter your information from there. Once it is checked by the Assessor’s Office, you will receive an email verifying that your assessment is complete. The deadline for assessing all types of personal property including exempt property is May 31st. Assessments filed after this date will include a 10% penalty.
